Who we are

How do we process your personal data?

- promoting, marketing and advertising our products and services;

- effectively handling any legal claims or regulatory enforcement actions taken against SMAR Azure;

In general, we only rely on consent as a legal basis for processing in relation to sending direct marketing communications to customers via email. Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object.
