Hours: 20 hours per week – flexible

SMAR Azure develops and commercialise advanced solutions for sail and sailing yacht rig design. With more than 200 clients in 30 countries, SMAR Azure solution are the standard in the industry. We are urgently looking for a virtual administrative assistant As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including contacting customers and answering emails, scheduling meetings or webinars, and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Teams, Zoom, Skype. Good knowledge of excel and basic bookkeeping is also required.

Responsibilities
• Contacting customers and respond to emails
• Schedule meetings
• Book travel and accommodations
• Manage a contact list
• Maintain customers data
• Create short messages and news for social platform
• Create quarterly newsletters
• Address employees’ administrative queries
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
• Develop pro-forma and send invoices

Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Basic knowledge of book-keeping
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• High school diploma: additional qualifications will be a plus
